How can educational leaders use blog?

Blogs are becoming more and more popular within public school education. Teachers and administrators are catching on to how useful blogging can be. I believe that the ability to share information is very powerful when blogging. The ability to share information and educational experiences would be how educaitonal leaders could most benefit from blogging in today's public school system.
